EVERY TUESDAY 19:30 - 20:30 AT ACTIVE OXFORD PARK. ONLY £2.00 The session starts with an aerobic based section which lasts for around 20 minutes, this warms your body up and burns off some calories, then we move on to squats / lunges to tone up your legs and bottom, finally we do a selection of exercises on floor mats to tone our legs, bums and tums. Most exercises can easily be adapted to accommodate injuries or joint problems. It's a fun class and the hour always flies by!
