Purpose and AimsThe session starts with an aerobic based section which lasts for around 20 minutes, this warms your body up and burns off some calories, then we move on to squats / lunges to tone up your legs and bottom, finally we do a selection of exercises on floor mats to tone our legs, bums and tums. Most exercises can easily be adapted to accommodate injuries or joint problems. It's a fun class and the hour always flies by! Aimed atAnyone who lives in the Tameside or Glossop area is welcome. Participants must be aged 16+

Transport/directionsNear the Shell garage on Stockport Road in Ashton. A five minute walk from Guide Bridge train station and on the 219 and 347 bus routes. Look for the outdoor football pitches which you'll see on the main road. The Centre is just behind them.
