    Tameside Voices is new group started by people who enjoy singing, and those who wanted to improve their health. Fact: singing is an extremely physical activity that uses a whole range of muscles, including those in the chest walls. The warm-ups and controlled breathing are beneficial to people with lung, heart or chest conditions.

    Provides individual and group support to children and young people caring for a relative with disability or illness. The Young Carers Project is part of Tameside MBC. Referrals of children and young people can be made directly.

  • Groups TASCA (Tameside Action for Social Communication and Autism Support Group)

    A parent led support group which provides information, friendly advice and an opportunity to meet parents and carers in similar situations. TASCA takes their members and families on trips and events during the school holidays.
