  • Groups Legs, Bums and Tums

The session starts with an aerobic based section which lasts for around 20 minutes, this warms your body up and burns off some calories, then we move on to squats / lunges to tone up your legs and bottom, finally we do a selection of exercises on floor mats to tone our legs, bums and tums. Most exercises can easily be adapted to accommodate injuries or joint problems. It's a fun class and the hour always flies by!
